Organisers, the CEM Group, have announced the 2012 date for the South's largest hospitality foodservice and catering event. The Hotel and Catering Show will take place on Tuesday 13 (10am to 6pm) and Wednesday 14 (10am to 4pm) March at the Bournemouth International Centre.
In 2012 the show will offer focused product areas, information-packed seminars and host many more special events such as cookery demonstrations and food and wine matching. The Wessex Salon Culinaire will be moving to a bi-annual event and there are plans to stage the competition in 2013 to ensure the event remains the UK's largest young chef and waiting competition. Since the show began more than 55 years ago, thousands of industry professionals have visited to discover new products, trends and solutions.
With the show bringing together the UK's buyers and decision makers from food, drink and equipment industries, it provides suppliers with an ideal showcase opportunity.
