The Hospital Caterers Association asked seven companies, including CEM, to tender to organise their 2004 event held at the Hilton Brighton Metropole. CEM won the bid and were briefed to improve the event, increase exhibitor and delegate attendance and raise the profile of the HCA to Hospital Caterers around the UK.
The CEM Group organised an exciting conference and exhibition and surpassed all expectations with regards to numbers of delegates and exhibitors involved in the event. The Exhibition of 96 stands was professional and busy compared to previous years and exhibitors felt much more involved in the event.
The CEM Group introduced a debate into the main conference, and dealt with every single aspect of the exhibition, conference, two themed gala dinners, an evening welcome event and social programme.
