CEM took over the organisation of the Bournemouth Hotel & Catering Exhibition in July 1997 on a management basis on behalf of Bournemouth Council and 3663 (then Booker Foodservice).

The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) is the leading worldwide professional body for practitioners in the fields of trusts, estates and related issues.

Interactive Marketing took place at Manchester Central and was designed to enable agencies, creatives, media and brand owners to source new suppliers and identify new technologies and practices to help them make their digital marketing more efective.

HCA National Conference & Exhibition

The Hospital Caterers Association asked seven companies, including CEM, to tender to organise their 2004 event held at the Hilton Brighton Metropole in Brighton. CEM won the bid and were briefed to improve the event, increase exhibitor and delegate attendance and raise the profile of the HCA to Hospital Caterers around the UK.

TEXPO

CEM organised Texaco’s Texpo Exhibition and Star Conferences for 5 years which involved an exhibition, a conference and party annually, aimed at the Texaco’s Star Service Station Manager.
