Organisers, the CEM Group, have announced the 2012 date for the South's largest hospitality foodservice and catering event. The Hotel and Catering Show will take place on Tuesday 13 (10am to 6pm) and Wednesday 14 (10am to 4pm) March at the Bournemouth International Centre.

Thousands of food-lovers flocked to Deans Court in Wimborne over the weekend for the magical Feast of Dorset food festival. More than 100 stalls displaying the best of Dorset produce filled the 14-acre grounds and a huge range of activities including falconry, beekeeping, apple identification, foraging walks and herb talks delighted visitors.

The Bournemouth Branch of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) Conference at the end of November 2009 attracted over 50 delegates to the De Vere Village Hotel.
