Healthcare Computing Show Organiser, Steve Bryant, Managing Director of Citidel Events Ltd has confirmed that he will be using accommodation booking agency, CEM Group to book their exhibitor and visitor hotel rooms for HC2010 at the ICC in Birmingham in April. 

Masterchef winner Steve Groves has revealed that he will be cooking at the prestigious Hotel and Catering Show Dinner on Tuesday 16th March 2010, which will take place at the Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel.

The Hotel and Catering Show is receiving huge support from the industry in the run up to the 2010 event with a host of new sponsors coming on board, including Danone Waters and Continental Chef Supplies.  Renowned as the south coast’s largest hospitality event, the Show is also set to receive continued support from key firms such as Coastline Produce, Nestle Professional CHEF, Bournemouth and Poole College and Unilever Foodsolutions.

Southern based hospitality exhibition and event organisers, CEM Group, have formed a joint venture with the organisers of the Dorset Seafood Festival to find sponsorship and bring more exhibitors to the event for 2010 and beyond.

Southern based event organiser, CEM Group have had a targeted rebrand to take them into the next decade.

The quest to find the UK’s best chefs is underway with entries now open for the 2010 Wessex Salon Culinaire. Ambitious chefs and restaurant service professionals in employment, training or education have until 9 March 2010 to enter online at www.hotel-expo.co.uk/wsc if they wish to take part.
